Sony has unveiled its new variant in Cyber-shot series i.e., Cyber-shot DSC TX200V , an ultra compact Gadget featuring an 18.2 Mega pixel lens boosting a resolution of 4896 x 3672 pixels. It measures 96 x 58 x 16 mm and is equipped with Carl Zeiss lens with an image ratio of 4:3, 16:9 (w:h), the sensor type is BSI-CMOS and for handling all the multi functionality of the device it houses a Bionz processor. For better experience with video recording it features 1080/60p of HD recording with an Optical zoom of 5x.
TX200V is very slim and a great piece of work by Sony. The Camera supports both MPEG4 and AVCHD format for capturing videos and other stuff with the following resolotions, 1920 x 1080 (60 fps), 1440 x 1080 (30 fps), 1280 x 720 (30 fps), 640 x 480 (30 fps), fps stands for frames per second. It has 105MB of internal storage with additional storage from Memory Sticks, etc. For connectivity it provides USB 2.0, HDMI support and Eyefi(Wireless), with built-in GPS. The Camera is Waterproof , but according to me the design and looks are not impressive enough.
Sony’s Cyber-shot DSC TX200V is available in Red , Silver and Violet colors with a price tag of $499.
